An introduction to Javelin (Turbo) and Shot Putt

This workhsop is coach centred and will focus primarily on equipping coaches with the necessary skills to deliver javelin and shot putt within their club.
Coaches will be given the opportunity to further delve into these events through practical demonstrations and also have the opportunity to coach.
This workshop is aimed at novice coaches who wish to further their knowledge on these events.
Coaches are invited to bring a maximum of 2 athletes to the workshop.
Events- Javelin, Turbo Javelin and Shot Putt
Time- 11am - 1.30pm
Location- Tralee Harriers AC, O'Regan Park, Dan Spring Rd, Cloon Beg, Tralee, Co. Kerry
Cost- €5 for athlete, €5 for coach
