Introduction to Shot Putt, Turbo Javelin and Javelin.
This workshop is aimed at coaches who wish to prepare there athletes for upcoming county championships and community Games.
1 Coach can bring a maximum of 2 athletes
Please bring your own shot putt and turbo javelin, as there may not be sufficient on the day.
THIS IS WORKSHOP IS AIMED AT COACHES
Location- Bilboa AC, Cappamore, Limerick.
Time- 11am- 1pm ( extra time at the end for those who wish to delve more into javelin)
Cost - €5 for athlete , €5 coach
