PACED MILES ARE BACK IN MORTON STADIUM  ON TUESDAY THE 25TH SEPTEMBER. 

RUNNING  TIPS AND ADVICE ON HOW TO IMPROVE YOUR PACE STARTS AT 7PM. WARM UP ON THE TRACK @7:45PM.  ENJOY AND SUPPORT FELLOW RUNNERS ACHIEVE THEIR PACED MILE GOAL . SELECT YOUR PACE FROM 12 MINS TO 5 MIN PER MILE.
